We offer a range of removal packages tailored to your needs, and everything will be discussed in detail during your survey consultation to ensure you have exactly the right support for your move.

It’s never too early to start! We recommend beginning with non-essential items you won’t need in the weeks leading up to your move. Packing early also gives you a great opportunity to declutter and start fresh in your new home, making the moving process much smoother.

If you’ve opted for our standard removal service, you’ll need to pack everything in advance, leaving out only the essentials for moving day.

We recommend packing as much as possible into sturdy boxes, as they’re easier to stack, label, and transport, helping the move go smoothly and efficiently.
If you’ve chosen our full or part packing service, our in-house team does the packing for you, the day before your move or on the morning itself.

Our working hours are pre-arranged with each client. We do not operate on fixed hours—we stay as long as needed to ensure all furniture is rebuilt, placed correctly, and that you are satisfied with the final walk-through.

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of your move.
